Welcome to the Greenmont Owners Association

The Greenmont Owners Association manages and promotes the general welfare of the Greenmont Walk subdivision in Alpharetta, Georgia by maintaining its common areas and protecting the investment of homeowners through enforcement of the Association's Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions, Architectural Design Standards, and By-Laws.

These duties are accomplished through voluntary participation by board members and committee members as well as by mandatory membership and the payment of association dues by each property owner.

2012 Dues, Late Fees

2012 Dues
Homeowner Association dues for 2012 are $146.00. Please click here for additional information.

Dues statements are mailed to the property owners address on record in January.

Make payment to the Greenmont Owners Association and mail it to P.O. Box 1103, Alpharetta, GA 30009-1103. Dues paid after February 29, 2012 will incur a $10 late fee. Accounts that are past due after April 1, 2012 will be turned over to an attorney and are subject to additional collection costs. Please go to Dues in the menu for more information.
